You can report serious environmental violations to the Agency. Please call us directly or select the appropriate report form at the top right!
Information you submit will be forwarded to EPA environmental enforcement personnel or to the appropriate regulatory authority.

Report fraud to the Agency
Please report to us without fear, if you suspect or know that a person or an organization is committing fraud or other malpractice against the Environmental Protection Agency.
Lodge Grievance or Complaint to the Agency
Grievances can be sent to our Head office at 4th Street Sinkor or directed to any of the Agency’s regional offices.
Better still, you can also fill out our grievances or complaint form and the responsible department will response to you at the soonest possible time.
Apply for a license or a permit
